Energy conservation specialists at The University of New Mexico are professionals who help reduce energy consumption and costs by developing and implementing energy-saving strategies. They perform energy audits to identify areas where energy is being wasted and recommend ways to improve energy efficiency. In addition, they educate clients on energy conservation practices and work to ensure future projects meet energy efficiency standards. The ultimate goal of an energy conservation specialist is to promote sustainable energy practices and help reduce their environmental impact at The University of New Mexico
