Courtside is located in Sunset Village and is a plaza-style residential building on campus with double and triple room types. Each room includes air conditioning and a private or shared bathroom with an adjoining room. Courtside features study lounges and community laundry rooms. There are social spaces and lounges in all of the plaza buildings as well, where students can enjoy different programs put on throughout the year.
Courtside houses are interconnected, making it the only residential community of its kind. At the center of the building is a beautiful courtyard with cool little semi-private sitting spaces. The bamboo trees throughout make it a tranquil place.
Every room is furnished with a bed (twin XL), desk, and dresser (both closet and drawer space) for each resident.
