Built and purchased in 1987, Gayley Court is a five-story building with an interior courtyard, gated parking, and is handicapped accessible. This apartment complex, formerly faculty housing, was converted to undergraduate housing in 2013, and all units were renovated that summer. Each unit has vinyl faux wood plank flooring.
