Part of the newly-established Weyburn Terrace Housing Complex, Aloe Court provides on-campus housing for graduate students. Development of the Southwest campus site began in 2003 and was completed in May 2005. Weyburn Terrace Phase I is a Mediterranean-style apartment complex consisting of 840 furnished studios, two-bedroom/two-bath apartments, and two-bedroom/two-bath townhouses. Each apartment building has a uniquely landscaped courtyard, a common study lounge, a common laundry facility, covered parking and is handicapped accessible. There is a central barbecue area. Each apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In addition, each apartment comes with central heating and air conditioning, unsecured Wi-Fi, campus telephone system, campus basic cable TV, high-speed Internet access, mini blinds, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
