This four-story Mediterranean-style building was built in 1987 and consists of furnished one- and two-bedroom units. The University purchased the property in December 2001. All the units were remodeled in summer of 2012. Windows and sliding balcony doors were replaced with double pane insulated glass on vinyl-framed windows and sliding doors.
