Completed in 2010, this is a LEED Silver certified building. The three former Hilgard Avenue sorority houses were redeveloped into two apartment complexes designed for single graduate housing. These new facilities opened in September 2010. One complex, located at 720 Hilgard, consists of 54 studio apartments, and the other, located at 824 Hilgard, consists of 29 studio apartments. All units are furnished. Each apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In addition, each apartment comes with central heating and air conditioning, UCLA Wi-Fi, campus telephone system, campus basic cable, campus high-speed Internet access, flat-screen TV, mini blinds, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Each apartment building has a uniquely landscaped courtyard, a common study/social lounge with a 60-inch large screen TV, a common laundry facility, and gated parking. Both buildings are handicapped accessible.
