      The Psychology Building is home of the Department of Psychology. It is adjacent to Franz Hall which was named in honor of Shepherd Ivory Franz (1874-1933) who was an American psychologist. He was the first chairman of the psychology department at UCLA and served as president of the American Psychological Association.
