      1. Geo-pier Drilling - UNM Foundation Center for Philanthropy

         Date: Tuesday, February 10 – Thursday, February 12, 2026
         
         

         Geo-pier drilling will take place at the Velarde Center for Philanthropy site beginning Tuesday, February 10. Nearby buildings may experience periods of loud noise during active drilling. 

         This drilling is part of foundational work for the new UNM Foundation facility.
