Starting as soon as Thursday, August 7, 2025, a temporary fence will be installed around 1801 Las Lomas Rd. NE, in anticipation of the demolition of the structure, landscape and concrete material. The south sidewalk on Las Lomas, will still be accessible. Buena Vista Dr will be impacted, including the use of heavy machinery and the material offloading routed north on Buena Vista and west on the alley to University Blvd NE. The project is anticipated to last a minimum of 2 weeks and there should be no impact to traffic on Las Lomas Rd NE.
