          Description: The Center for Inclusion & Social Change (CISC) supports the retention of students from multiple identities by empowering student growth and development. It cultivates a sense of belonging by nurturing innovative spaces that educate and celebrate diverse communities, and fosters campuswide collaborations that provide high-impact transformative experiences to enhance cultural competencies. CISC values transformative educational opportunities, intersectional identity, personal and intercultural development, service, and cross-cultural engagement.
