Upper Class Residence
Located on WPI’s lower campus, the state-of-the-art East Hall provides apartment-style housing and an eco-friendly environment for about 230 upper-class students. Students live in 1-person studios and 4-person suites equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and full air-conditioning; they are not required to be on meal plans. Residents also have access to a sports and fitness space, tech suites, meeting rooms, and two music rooms with pianos. The LEED Gold–certificated building also features sensor lighting, environmentally sensitive furniture, water-efficient laundry machines, a recycling room, green cleaning products, and dedicated indoor bike storage.
