         Monitoring giant anteater movements and barriers in the Brazilian Cerrado to understand the impact of roads on anteater population densities, structure and health. Using data to inform specific management guidelines to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions and address habitat loss to help prevent local population extinctions. Creating targeted educational materials that will be distributed to local organizations, community centers and schools.
