Sigma Rho is the oldest fraternity on Michigan Tech's campus, located south of campus in sunny Chassell, Michigan on the shores of Chassell Bay. Sigma Rho was originally founded as a mining fraternity, but has adapted to welcoming all majors of Michigan Tech's campus. The brothers strive for success both academically and socially. We value the community that we live in and work towards making it a better place for all as we are the only chapter that is still active. Our goals as members is to create long lasting friendships that go beyond our years at school and last for a lifetime.
