South Campus Lighting Upgrade
In the fall of 2022, the lighting fixtures on South Campus were upgraded to LED. This upgrade reduced the number of lighting fixtures needed, subsequently reducing power consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The previous lighting had an orange hue while the new ones are brighter and whiter, making it easier to see at night, providing an added safety measure for students.
