During the academic year, the students in our Culinary Arts - Bakery program run a bakery inside Gaiser Hall. Stop by to peruse their cases of delectable items for sale, including cakes, pastries, muffins, chocolates, artisanal and loaf breads, rolls, pretzels, cookies, and galettes. The Bakery also serves hot breakfast sandwiches and bag lunches that include sandwiches, paninis, and a rotating selection of soups.
