            Floor 4 of the parking garage at Oakland Complex is open to Garage parking permit holders and visitors. Visitors (including dorm guests) can pay for parking in this lot through ParkMobile, a pay-by-cell parking app, or purchase a daily permit by contacting the parking office in Oakland Complex (940-898-2925).
