    1. Hasenstab Hall

      214 Winona Street North

      Built in 1915
      Renovations in 2022

Originally called Music Hall—and informally “Old Music Hall” by almost everyone before its rededication in October 2022 as Hasenstab—this building housed the music department until the construction of the Weitz Center music wing in 2017 provided those offices and practice rooms with a new space. Now a beautiful home for political science and international relations, Hasenstab has flexible classrooms; open spaces for discussions, projects, and presentations; and a spacious lounge for students to connect and build community.

By the way: This “Old Music Hall” is not to be confused with the original “Old Music Hall,” which was officially called Seccombe Hall, occasionally referred to as “Old Old Music Hall,” and which housed the music department prior to 1914.
