Hulings is connected to Anderson and Olin Halls as part of Carleton’s Integrated Science Complex. The main home for biology on campus, Hulings also has an attached greenhouse with colored horticulture lights that can be seen from across campus after the sun sets. The building is named for Mary Elizabeth “Betty” and Bill Hulings, both class of 1936, who met in a science course at Carleton.
