Keller Building is home to programs in the College of Education, Smeal College of Business and College of Health and Human Development. The College of Education's Learning and Performance Systems is on the third and fourth floor, along with the Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy, the Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy and Professional Personnel Development Center for Career and Technical Education. Keller Building is also home to the College of the Liberal Arts’ School of Labor and Employment Relations, the Center for Global Workers’ Rights and the Center for International Human Resource Studies.
