The golf course is strictly for golfers only.
This is NOT a dog park.
- WALKERS, RUNNERS AND THEIR PETS MUST STAY ON THE BERNALILLO COUNTY OPEN SPACE TRAIL ONLY. Trail users are not allowed on the putting greens, sand traps or fairways.
- DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. Bern. Co. Code Sec. 6-43 & Sec. 6-51. Loose dogs are prohibited on University-owned property and an owner of a dog that causes serious injury to a human is subject to criminal penalties. NMSA 1978, § 77-1-1-1, et seq.; NMSA 1978, § 77-1A-1, et seq.
- MOTORIZED AND NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED ON THE BERNALILLO COUNTY OPENSPACE TRAIL.
- YOU ARE AT RISK OF BEING HIT BY FLYING GOLF BALLS. The Bernalillo County Open Space Trail is located next to an active golf course and there is a risk of being hit by flying golf balls while using the trail.
- PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. It’s your responsibility! Pet waste can transmit disease, contaminate drinking water and negatively impact the health of others.
