The Center for Advancing Professional Excellence (CAPE) is housed in a 30,000-square-foot space inside the Anschutz Health Sciences Building. This space includes 30 patient examination rooms and 5 clinical simulation rooms that can function as an OR, Emergency Room, hospital room, ICU, and labor and delivery suite. All rooms have video and audio recording capability. The clinical simulation rooms have two-way mirrors with adjacent control rooms. There are 4 large multi-purpose classrooms, 8 debrief/conference type rooms, and a central control room.
