Olin D. Johnston Outdoor Athletic Facility
Named in honor of the late Mr. Johnston, who was a graduate of Textile Industrial Institute and served as Governor of South Carolina and as a U.S. Senator, this facility was originally laid out in the mid 1970’s. It consists of the Fred Nash Soccer Field, the C.B. (Slim) Mooneyham Baseball Field,and the William C. Buchheit Tennis Complex. Renovation work was begun in 1995 and completed in 1999.
