Named in honor of Katherine M. Anthony and Mary Louise Seeger, former directors of the training school at Madison College, Anthony-Seeger Hall was operated as a K-7 elementary school for local children, training Madison College eduction students as teachers until it closed in 1982. It contains offices for JMU Police and the JMU Center for Assessment and Research Studies.
