Sixteen ice cream flavors are served along with milk, coffee and snacks. Coolers also have butter, cheese and half-gallon tubs of ice cream available for purchase. More than 60 flavors are made throughout the year. There are several tables and booths for visitors to sit at and study or view the production taking place through large glass windows. Stop by the Dairy Bar (SDM) for the perfect treat, made on SDSU's campus.
