Parking Lot 7:
- Start Date: Spring 2026
- Estimated Completion Date: Mid-Fall 2026
This project involves the conversion of Parking Lot 7 from a temporary gravel lot to a fully paved, permanent facility to improve accessibility, safety, and usability for Irvine Valley College students, staff, and visitors.
Upgrades will include:
- Full asphalt paving of the existing gravel lot
- Installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers
- Addition of dedicated ADA parking stalls
- Construction of a new sidewalk connection to Parking Lot 8, enhancing campus pedestrian access
Fencing & Detours:
Construction fencing will be in place, rerouting foot traffic around the site. Fencing may occasionally expand temporarily. Please allow extra time to cross campus.
