Organization: Audubon Connecticut
Identifying, improving and conserving important stop-over habitat for migrating songbirds along the Atlantic flyway, focusing on urban areas and other landscapes where there is limited quality habitat. Engaging other Audubon chapters, local and state agencies, and citizen scientists who survey migratory birds. Expanding Audubon's Urban Oases program by creating demonstration sites in Stamford and New Haven, Connecticut.
