Critical Habitat Conservation in Vietnam
Organization: Denver Zoological Foundation
Protecting the forest habitat of the Tonkin snub-nosed monkey in Northern Vietnam by monitoring monkeys and human activity, monitoring local household stove and wood usage, and providing conservation education to local communities. Increasing the use of low-cost, fuel efficient stoves by empowering local community members to become stove ambassadors.
