Meadows North (SMN) is located on Eleventh Street at the northwest corner of campus. There are four single bedrooms within each of the 40 apartments, which can be rented on 9- or 12- month contracts. Each apartment has a large kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a bathroom and vanity area, living room and air conditioning. Mini-blinds cover all windows in the apartment. The entrances of the buildings are secured at all times. There are elevators, and the common area and each bedroom have internet accessibility. Four students can sign up to live together, or roommates can be assigned. While the apartment buildings is co-ed, the individual apartments are not.
