Roop Hall houses the department of mathematics and statistics. Formerly called the Education Building, it was renamed in honor of Inez Graybeal Roop, a distinguished alumna who was a former president of the Alumni Association as well as a former member of the board of visitors.
Study Spaces: Roop Hall offers a small student study space on the second floor, just outside the Academic Student Success suite. For a quieter space, check out the student lounge in Roop 103! Complete with kitchen, class space, lounge chairs, and many resources, it’s the perfect space to study or relax with other students and is easy to access from the front doors facing Moody.
