        Named by Dick and Shirley Hanson Roberts ('56), The Shirley Hanson Roberts Center for Music Performance boldly affirms the university's commitment to the arts, an essential component of completing a liberal arts curriculum, and symbolically complete Madison's cherished quadrangle.

        The spectacular facility is home to two performance halls, 33 practice rooms, a large ensemble rehearsal space, a computer lab, and four piano faculty studios.
