Husky Plaza is part of the ongoing Alumni Way campus mall project funded by Michigan Tech alumni and friends. It features a larger-than-life, nine-foot-tall bronze Husky statue proudly standing on a Baraga County boulder, surrounded by benches, planters. and paver stones. More than 1,000 personalized, engraved stones encircle Husky Plaza recognizing those who helped support the project.
