Dedicated in 1928, Pacific House was originally the lodge house for Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. In the 1950's, the University took possession of the house for student housing and renamed it. Today, it is home to Law students where seventeen of them will be housed in all single rooms in a co-ed environment.
