Koonce Hall houses students of all years in double rooms with semi-loftable furniture, meaning one of the beds can be lofted on top of the desk units or the beds can be bunked. Each of the ten floors has shared pod-style bathrooms and a shared lounge. The top floors have a sky lounge. There is one laundry facility shared between Koonce, Leebrick, and Wright halls.
The Tri Towers area desk is located in the Tri Tower Rotunda, which is in the center of Koonce, Leebrick, and Wright halls. It serves those halls as well as Korb, Beall, McDowell, Allyn, Clark, Fletcher, and Manchester halls.
