The 93,000 SF Cunningham Hall, built in 1968, which provides space for the Department of Biological Sciences, will be renovated. Cunningham Hall also includes an addition that was completed in 2001; work in this addition is anticipated to be modest and limited to systems that interface with the original building, such as building automation, security and fire alarms and re-commissioning of the HVAC system.
