Built in 1996, the William and Rosemary Gallagher Business Building demonstrates the ongoing support of UM's commitment to quality education. The building houses UM's College of Business and its student services and academic departments.
The Gallagher Business Building is equipped with a variety of rooms which are used for training and instruction. The rooms range from those built for presentation and computer training to those equipped for conducting focus groups and video conferencing. All of the rooms in the facility are well appointed and spacious, which enables lecturing and learning to be comfortable as well as professional.'
Accessibility
Accessible Entrances: Accessible entrances are located on both the east and west side of the building. The entrances are level and both are equipped with automatic door openers. There are elevators located in the center of the building that provide access to all levels of the building.
Elevators: Two elevators service all floor of the building. The elevators are located side by side in the center of building.
Areas of Rescue Assistance: Areas of rescue assistance are located in the stairway landings on all floors. These areas provided communication systems.
Accessible Restrooms: There are accessible restrooms located on all levels.
Parking: Accessible parking is located in Lot S, which is adjacent to the west entrance. Accessible spaces are also located on Maurice Avenue and Eddy Street.
Fire Sprinklers: Fully sprinkled
