        • Developed annual training for all faculty search committees on conducting inclusive searches
        • Created new training for the Committee on Academic Rank and Tenure (CART) on recognizing and reducing unconscious bias in the promotion and tenure review process
        • Updated School of Continuing Education adjunct faculty search position language and implemented new outreach efforts, resulting in a broader pool and recent diverse hires (SCE)
        • IDEI awarded 22 mini-grants to faculty and student organizations for college-wide projects that further advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
