HISTORY
The Convent was originally constructed to house the Sisters of Divine Providence, the university founders. It has been renovated through the years to accommodate Congregation administrative space and now is a shared space that includes university offices, classrooms and meeting spaces. Adjacent buildings that belong to the Congregation include administrative offices, residences for the Sisters, a retirement facility for the Sisters, and the Congregation's chapels - Annunciation Chapel and St. Joseph's Chapel.
