HISTORY
The science hall was renamed in 2001 for Sister Mary Clare Metz, CDP, PhD, in honor of her life-long contributions to the OLLU science programs. She taught biology from 1934-1972 and served as Academic Dean from 1960-1972. Sister Metz passed away in 1998 but her legacy lives on among OLLU science faculty, students and graduates.
