Girard Street OPEN (2 Way)
During emergencies, Girard Street will function as a two way street and the intersection of Travis Street and Girard is closed.
Drivers can enter at Wood Street and take the service road to Girard Street and take a right.
Officers will be on hand to help with traffic control.
