- Building 2100 - a new STEM Lab & Office building (and tying to new Building 3200)
- Hayward Fire Department/Chabot Fire Training Facility
- A new Baseball Field
- A renovated Minimum Point of Entry (MPOE) for technology
- Pathways and Parking improvements
- Renovating Building 3000 for M&O
- Pool Renovation
- Advanced Manufacturing Facilities (Building 1500/1600)
