The Fitness and Recreation Center (FRC) is located on the north end of campus, next to the Adams Center. Run by Campus Recreation, this facility offers a variety of cardio and weight machines, free weights, a functional training area, three group fitness classrooms, locker rooms with dry saunas, squash and racquetball/handball courts and three multipurpose courts for basketball, volleyball or badminton.The Fitness and Recreation Center is the state-of-the-art climbing wall and bouldering area.
Housed within the northeast corner of the FRC, next to Washington-Grizzly Stadium, is the Outdoor Program, which offers skill classes and trips, outdoor gear rentals and a ski/snowboard and bike workshop.

Accessible Entrances: Accessible entrances are located on the north and west sides of the building.
Elevator: The elevator is located toward the right of the west entrance.
Accessible Restrooms: There are accessible restrooms are located on the main floor. Locker rooms on the lower level provide accessible restrooms and showers.
Parking: Accessible parking is located in Lot Z, on the north side of the building.
