         Facilities Services assists the campus community by offering a wide variety of services to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
         
         Facilities Services is headquartered in the northeast corner of campus against the base of Mount Sentinel and is bordered to the north by the Kim Williams Trail and the Clark Fork River. This building is also known and the Physical Plant.
         
         Facilities Services includes the following offices and services:

         • Building and Grounds Maintenance
         • Vehicle Rental
         • Custodial Services
         • Construction and Renovation
         • Campus Energy
         • Utility Resources
         • Work Orders

         There are other offices housed in the Facilities Services/Physical Plant Building, including:

         • UM Police Department
         • UM Parking
         • Mail Services

         Accessibility

         Accessible Entrance: The main entrance on the north side of the building that houses Facilities Services has a ramp and there is a door with an automatic opener that enters into the building lobby. In the lobby, there are service windows for Facilities Services, the UM Police Department, Mail Services and UM Parking. There is also a locked door within the lobby that leads to employee offices.
