The Dr. Jack E. Campbell College Center is often considered the heart of the campus.
Here, students can purchase textbooks or some Walters State swag in the bookstore. The Campus Café is a great place to eat a meal or grab a quick bite. A complete game room (no quarters needed) is the perfect place to meet up with friends. And the “Z” Buda Assembly Hall and Gymnasium hosts the Senators and Lady Senators basketball games and volleyball matches.
The College Center also houses important student offices such as Distance Education (check out our dual enrollment options), the Student Success Center (to develop your educational plan or meet with an academic advisor) and the IET Help Desk. The president’s office is in this building and many of his famous selfies are taken here.
