The School of Engineering’s Innovation Annex provides students with the space and the equipment needed to design, create, and innovate. It includes a "makerspace" lab housing 3D printers, lathes, and milling machines, a design studio where students can collaborate on projects, and a biomechanics lab. Another area provides flexibility for student clubs and professional societies including the Stags Racing team, Engineers Without Borders, the Society of Women in Engineering (SWE), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and many others.
