Alamogordo Property
NMSU-A was established in 1958 to serve the needs of the airmen and families stationed at Holloman Air Force Base located only 10 miles west of Alamogordo. This campus has since grown into a regional community college and a branch campus in the New Mexico State University system. NMSU-A’s primary mission is to educate the diverse population in the region. This is accomplished with an award-winning faculty and staff, reasonable tuition, and excellent facilities. NMSU-A sits upon approximately 530 acres.
