      1. Gardiner Hall

        Gardiner Hall is home to the Department of Physics and contains faculty offices, classrooms, and laboratory space. It was built in 1957 and named after George Gardiner, a physics professor and founder of the Physical Science Laboratory.

        This building is a LEED Silver certified building. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a program that strives to create a more sustainable world. This building has been specifically designed to use fewer resources and decrease waste. You can find more information about this program here.
