      1. Wells Hall

        At the southeast edge of campus, Wells Hall was built in 1978. What was originally meant to be a dormitory for students is now a storage facility and the site of university student art shows. The plan for the building was supposed to be temporary housing for the large influx of new students, but due to the fact that it did not have enough exits from the living quarters, it did not meet fire code standards.
