Lewis and Clark Village is a university-owned apartment complex open to students who have 60 credits or more.
Students with 24-59 earned credits must have a 2.5 GPA or higher and no outstanding conduct issues to be eligible. Lewis and Clark Village features 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with private bedrooms and a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom between roommates. Each resident in the apartment has an individual rental contract. The apartment comes furnished with a couch, chair, full-size beds, desks, dressers, shelves, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave.
All residents of Lewis and Clark Village must be currently enrolled students taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester, with the exception of Summer Semester.
Conveniently located on UM's South Campus, Lewis and Clark Village is about
one mile from the University of Montana campus, and about two miles from the Missoula College River Campus.
All UM Housing facilities including apartments at Lewis and Clark Village are pet-free living environments. Due to Lewis and Clark Village allowing approved service and companion animals, we cannot guarantee that a room or apartment has been free of animals living within the unit.
