      1. Pantzer Hall

        Located on the southwest side of campus, Pantzer Hall has a capacity of  about 200 residents with 184 of the assignments within four-person suites. There are also eight single rooms with private bathrooms available for students with accessibility needs.

        Two floors in Pantzer Hall are reserved for students who have achieved more than 30 semester credits at the time of move-in. Students must also be in good academic standing at the time of application.

        Constructed in 1995, Pantzer Hall is named for Robert Pantzer, UM's president from 1966 to 1973.

        Accessibility

        Accessible Entrance: All entrances are accessible to Panzer Hall.

        Elevator: The elevator is located in the center of the building and services all floors.

        Fire Sprinklers: Fully sprinkled

        Areas of Rescue Assistance: This building is fully sprinkled.

        Accessible Restrooms: This dormitory provides accessible restrooms.

        Parking: Accessible parking is located in Lot H on the south and east sides of the building.
