Turner Hall is an all-women's hall located at the center of campus. It features double rooms with a sink in each room. Turner Hall has four levels, houses 116 women, and has an average room size of 14'9" X 11'2".
The Dell Brown Room, located on the first floor, is a large and attractive lounge available for students to study in and participate in hall events.
Turner Hall, originally called New Hall, was built in 1939. In 1956, the hall was renamed in honor of Mrs. Belle B. Turner, who served as a "mother" for the University's original Craig, Corbin and New Halls.

Accessible Entrance: The south entrance to Turner Hall is accessible. The entrance to the long ramp is located on the west side of the building. At the entrance one is required to push a doorbell, which will summon assistance to open the door.

Parking: Accessible parking is located in Lot J located to the west of Turner Hall.
Barriers: The accessible entrance of the building requires that one must go through the Dell Brown meeting room to access UM Housing offices. Only the Dell Brown meeting room and the UM Housing offices are accessible in the building.
